step 1 Soak vermicelli in warm water till tender.
Step 2 Prepare the ingredients, put a little salt in the shelled shrimp and marinate for a while.

Seasoned soy sauce, cooking wine, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt and sugar are mixed to make a sauce.

Put cooking oil in a casserole pan, turn on medium heat, add minced ginger and stir fry.

Stir fry minced ginger until fragrant, add minced meat, fry until discolored, add a spoonful of soy sauce to color.

Add shelled shrimp, lobster tail or other seafood, add two spoons of cooking wine and stir fry evenly.

Add fresh shiitake mushrooms and onions, stir fry evenly.

Add the soaked vermicelli and drizzle with the sauce.

Change to low heat and stir fry evenly.

Add celery and minced garlic.

Stir fry evenly.

Cover casserole and heat on low heat for two minutes.

Open the lid and stir fry to avoid burning the pan. Stir fry for about 5 minutes and it’s ready to serve.

You can eat it directly in the pot, which is more refreshing.
