Traditional Cantonese cuisine: Beef Mushroom With Oyster Sauce
Beef Mushroom With Oyster Sauce is a traditional Cantonese dish. The beef is tender and smooth, which is very appetizing and suitable for those who do not eat spicy food.

This is one of my favorite stir fry, the beef is like candy and literally melts in your mouth.
